Wholesale Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager who is ready to take O My Bag’s B2B sales to the next level. At O My Bag, we’re proving that sustainability and business success can go hand in hand by changing the fashion industry from within.
As Wholesale Manager, you will drive our B2B growth by leading our account management team, optimizing our collaboration with agents and ensuring our wholesale strategy is executed with precision. You have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and a passion for building relationships with our partners to scale our brand internationally.

Your Role & Responsibilities
B2B Strategy & Sales Growth
Develop and execute the wholesale strategy to achieve yearly and monthly B2B sales targets. Work closely with marketing and production teams to constantly finetune this strategy.
Drive growth in key markets (Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands & the United States) by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
Work closely with agents and distributors, ensuring alignment on sales goals, commissions, and market approach.
Data & Performance Management
Ensure that all sales data in our B2B dashboard and revenue sheets is accurate, up to date and easy to interpret.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of trade fairs and wholesale activities.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the Account Managers, Sales Support and Retail Marketing Manager.
Set clear goals and priorities for the team, ensuring structured workflows and efficient collaboration.
Provide guidance and coaching to help the team grow and perform at their best.
Trade Fairs & Key Account Management
Plan, arrange and attend key trade fairs twice a year to expand our B2B reach.
Ensure that all fair-related data is collected and stored properly for post-event analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to increase brand presence and sales.
Job requirements
About you
✔ Fluent in Dutch (native) and English, both written and spoken.
✔ 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or accessories.
✔ A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of growing B2B sales.
✔ Experience in working with international agents and distributors.
✔ Willingness and availability to travel during the sales season (at least twice a year, two times one week).
✔ Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
✔ Comfortable with attending and representing the brand at trade fairs.
✔ Based in or near Amsterdam, available 36-40 hours per week.

You’ll be joining a team of about 30 talented and energetic professionals with 10+ nationalities.
On a daily basis, you will be working closely with our Account Managers, Sales Support and Retail Marketing Manager— a passionate and driven team dedicated to growing O My Bag’s wholesale presence worldwide.
