Hi there! Are you a sharp, analytical mind to take charge of our supply chain from production in India to delivery to our customers? If you're skilled in supply and demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization - and you love turning data into action - this role is for you!


What you'll do: 

  • Manage entire supply chain: coordinate with producers and internal teams to ensure every production order is placed, processed, and delivered seamlessly in the most sustainable way. 
  • Lead logistics: manage our 3PL partner, balancing cost and efficiency across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Analyse & optimize: dive into the data - inventory levels, transportation costs, lead times - and find smart, efficient ways to improve operations. Missing data? You'll make sure we'll get them. 
  • Hands-on operations: move around inventory, modify transportation plans, place orders to make sure we keep on improving our service levels. 
  • Ad hoc problem solving: jump in whenever unexpected issues arise (delays, stockout, or transport mishaps). Find quick solutions and adjust plans on the fly to maintain our high customer happiness rates.
  • Drive improvements: spot opportunities for process improvements, automate where you can, and reduce costs while boosting performance. Take others along in your train of thought and make sure your ideas are actually implemented and embedded in our way of working.  


Some of the projects you’ll be working on:

  • Improve our shipments to the US (and back) - our most upcoming market. Find ways to reduce costs and lead times, whilst making sure we maintain high service levels. 
  • Direct shipments & incoterms - shipping directly from our producers to Japan makes more sense than having the products pass by our warehouse in the Netherlands. How do we make this happen? 
  • Data availability - we have lots of data, but in order to get the most out of them we need to come up with a solution that includes data storage and visualisation. How? That's up to you! 
  • Shopify Plus migration - as we are moving our b2b webshop to Shopify, we need to make sure the order process with our 3PL runs smoothly. Lots of scenario testing and checking in with our developer. 

Job requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Data analysis and reporting: knows their way in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools, with a passion for turning numbers into insights and decisions. 
  • Project management: is skilled at juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Supply chain & logistics expertise: has 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain / logistics, specifically with inventory management, demand planning, transportation, and warehousing. 
  • Problem solver & communicator: has a proven record of being able to identify problems, come up with solutions, and work across teams to get things done. 
  • Hands-on & proactive: doesn't just strategize, but is ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and make real-time decisions to keep things moving. 
  • Passion for sustainability: believes in going the extra mile to support our sustainability goals - is intrinsically motivated to change the world; one bag at a time. 
  • Multilingual: is fluent in both English and Dutch. Obviously fluency in a third language = bonus points!
