Hi there! Are you ready to jump into a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same? At O My Bag, we’re on a mission to make a positive difference in the world, one bag at a time. Our office is a hub of creativity, energy, and fun and we’re looking for a Sales & Websales Intern who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, learn the ropes, and fit right into our upbeat team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help optimise and improve our Second Chances program:

  • Receive and check in products that customers trade in.

  • Take and edit photos to make the products look great on the website.

• Help us reach & welcome potential prospects and retailers by:

  • Adding prospects (potential new stores) to our pipeline.

  • Make sure all prospects are exported from our system and added to our email lists.

  • Make sure all new retailers and prospects that have received a login to our B2B portal, are added to the designated email lists.

  • Support the sales team with preparations for fairs and events.

  • Help onboard new customers every month, and give them a warm welcome. 

  • Keep our store locator up-to-date so customers can easily find us.

  • Prepare display boxes for new retail partners and make their first experience with us special.

• Help us optimise the digital experience for our customers:

  • Keep our webshop fresh, create new product listings, translate copy, update stock levels, and occasionally send orders or stock from the store.

  • Support storytelling, help build engaging website pages and blogs together with our Digital Marketing team.

  • Keep collections up to date, upload new products, remove discontinued ones, and make sure imagery and pricing are always correct across order portals.

• Help customers find us on Google by improving our SEO

  • Help customers discover us on Google by improving our SEO.

  • Write and build interesting blogs that tell our story.

  • Translate website content so everyone can enjoy it.

  • Create and optimise shopping collections to make browsing our webshop fun and easy.

✨ You're available for 40 hours per week and ready to jump in as soon as possible.

Meet the Team

You will be part of our friendly Sales team, which consists of 7 passionate people, including 5 colleagues focused on wholesale and 2 colleagues focused on e-commerce. For this internship, you’ll be guided by our E-commerce Manager, Emily Gray, who will be your internship supervisor. Our team works closely together to keep everything running smoothly and make our customers happy. You'll be supported by the team while also having plenty of opportunities to take initiative and shine!
