Sales associate/ Verkoopmedewerker - 32 hours

O My Bag is looking for a Sales Associate/ Verkoopmedewerker to work 32 hours in our store in Amsterdam. As our store representative you will be supporting the Store Management, working with the team providing a consistent high level of service.

Your main responsibilities

• Making customers feel welcome and know how to make people just as excited about our bags as we are!
• You understand that our success rests in customer’s experience and create outstanding customer service experiences;
• You create and style in-store displays that reflect the brand’s vision and story;
• Crashing sales targets; 
• You provide feedback on product and sales performance to ensure growth and change;
• You make sure the shop always looks its best, ready for customers to come in at any time;
• You manage the stock levels and make sure every product has a dedicated place in an organized stockroom. Structure, efficiency and organization are key!

About you

• You are a real socializer and passionate about getting people excited about our brand;
• You are pro-active and driven. You have a can-do mentality and are able to help different customers at the same time with excellent service;
• You can explain just about anything to anyone and people walk away from a conversation with you with a smile on their faces;
• You have a creative eye to optimize our store display;
• You are always a pleasure to work with;
• You speak fluently Dutch and English;
• Available during weekends and holidays.
