Job description

About O My Bag

At O My Bag, we believe fashion can be both stylish and fair. Our timeless bags and accessories are crafted with respect for people and the planet and loved by customers worldwide. To keep our brand visuals fresh and inspiring, we’re looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to support our creative team.

Brand Design Assistant

This is a support role, a chance for someone with strong design skills to step in and work alongside our Brand Designer on a wide variety of projects. From campaign visuals and mockups to packaging, in-store materials and shoot production, you’ll help us keep our brand world consistent and inspiring across every touchpoint.

We’re looking for someone part-time (student worker or recent graduate) who already has a solid design foundation. You don’t need to learn the basics with us instead, you’ll bring skills that complement ours, and together we’ll make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design visuals for social media channels, newsletters, and online ads.

  • Assist in creating layouts for seasonal campaigns, print lookbooks, and catalogues.

  • Help maintain and develop our visual identity across all formats, digital and print.

  • Support with POS materials, packaging updates, and in-store visuals.

  • Assist with photo shoots, preparing files, resizing and formatting assets.

  • Handle practical design tasks like resizing, formatting, and preparing files for print, digital and video.

  • Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Job requirements

About you

  • A design student or part-time junior with a strong Adobe Creative Suite skillset (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are a must; Figma is a plus).

  • Bonus: illustration or motion skills (not required, but nice to have).

  • Experienced enough to take a brief and deliver independently.

  • Flexible and comfortable working on multiple projects at once.

  • Knowledgeable about print processes, typography, and color use across print & digital.

  • Proactive and hands-on, not afraid to mix design work with practical tasks.

  • Excited about sustainable fashion and O My Bag’s mission.

  • Available for 16-24 hours per week
