Assistant Store Manager

Are you mission-driven, not afraid of change, willing to go the extra mile, and have a can-do attitude?  O My Bag is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help manage the stores 24-40 hours a week in Amsterdam. As our Assistant Store Manager you will be supporting the Store Manager in motivating our store team and working together to provide a consistent high level of service.

 Your main responsibilities

✨ Connecting with customers and sharing the O My Bag story;

✨ Advising customers in their search for the right bag; With your clear knowledge and understanding of the O My Bag brand ambition and products, you create outstanding customer service experiences;

✨ Supporting the Store Manager with placing orders and organizing store stock; Organizing and overseeing in store activations, marketing activities, pop-ups and in store events for customers;

✨ Training the team and supporting personal development;

✨ Proactively evaluating the product and sales performance on a daily basis, to ensure growth and initiate positive change;

✨ You have a keen eye for detail, making sure the shop always looks its best and ready for a customer to come in and have a great shopping experience.

✨ You’re available for 24 - 40 hours per week and ready to dive in ASAP.
