Account Manager
As our new Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our wholesale operations, managing and growing relationships with our international retail partners. You’re someone who loves building connections, understands what makes a product sell in-store, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll be part of a supportive and energetic Sales team, reporting to the Wholesale Manager.

✅ Expanding and strengthening our presence in key wholesale markets: Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands & The United States.
✅ Initiating, managing and Optimizing agent relationships and setting clear targets for growth.
✅ Improving data accuracy and analytics to make smarter, insight-driven decisions.
✅ Maximizing our impact at international trade fairs to drive B2B sales.
What You’ll Do
Manage Key Accounts
✔️ Build strong, long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients, from boutique owners to department store buyers
✔️ Ensure smooth order processes, timely deliveries, and high client satisfaction
Grow Our Global Network
✔️ Identify and onboard new B2B partners in strategic markets
✔️ Support agents and distributors with the right tools, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
✔️ Attend (inter)national trade shows and events (such as CIFF or Trendset) to present our collections and build brand awareness
✔️ Follow up with leads and turn interest into long-term partnerships
Track Performance & Opportunities
✔️ Monitor sales performance and reorders across accounts
✔️ Share insights with the team to improve service and tailor our sales approach by region or segment
✔️ Share feedback from clients to help shape product development and merchandising
Job requirements
About you
✔️ You have experience in sales, account management, or wholesale (fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus).
✔️ You’re commercially minded and customer-obsessed, always thinking of how to help our partners succeed.
✔️ You’re a strong communicator, fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).
✔️ You’re detail-oriented and organized, even when juggling multiple accounts or deadlines.
✔️ You’re comfortable with targets and confident in following up with leads or pitching to new clients.
✔️ You’re enthusiastic about sustainability and excited to be part of a purpose-driven brand.

Meet the team
You’ll be joining a team of about 30 talented and energetic professionals with 10+ nationalities.
On a daily basis, you will be working closely with our Wholesale Manager, Account Managers, Sales Support and Retail Marketing Manager; a passionate and driven team dedicated to growing O My Bag’s wholesale presence worldwide.
